Recently, Inner Mongolia Yujing Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully put into operation the second line of the first phase of the integrated project of high-quality special glass and deep processing. In the high-quality special glass production workshop of Inner Mongolia Yujing Science and Technology Co., Ltd., two full-automatic intelligent production lines are in full operation. After several precise processes such as solute, forming, annealing and cutting, the high-quality quartz sand finally becomes the original glass sheet of standard size. In the finished product warehouse, the transport forklift shuttles back and forth, and the products are continuously transported to the provinces and cities in the northern region. It is understood that since the start of the project in the spring of 2022, efforts have been made to speed up the progress and construction period. The first phase of the project has been completed and put into operation in ten months, followed by the second phase, which has been completed and put into operation in five months. At the same time, the upstream high-quality quartz sand project and the downstream glass deep processing project were constructed in an all-round way, and the main construction of the workshop was completed in just a few months, and the equipment installation stage was entered. "While stabilizing production in the first and second lines, we will step up the installation of deep processing equipment to ensure the diversified development of products to meet the market demand for various kinds of glass."
