On July 27, Huamin announced that its subsidiary Hongxin New Energy Technology (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. had recently signed the Sales Contract of Monocrystalline Silicon Wafers with Shanghai Xianwei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Xianwei Energy"), with a total contract value of about 170 million yuan.
The contract stipulates that before December 30, 2023, Xianwei Energy plans to purchase 60 million monocrystalline silicon wafers from Hongxin New Energy, with a total contract value of about 170 million yuan.
As of the announcement date, Hongxin New Energy and Xianwei Energy signed a total of 93.098 million orders for monocrystalline silicon wafers in the previous 12 months.
