In Yan'an Base, through measures such as production line expansion and efficiency enhancement and product sequence expansion, the annual shipment volume increased steadily, among which the market share of new photovoltaic glass products such as thin and large size continued to rise, and breakthroughs were made in key equipment and technology of thin photovoltaic glass below 2.0 mm. The Shangrao Base invested in the construction of ten ultra-thin and highly transparent photovoltaic glass kilns and supporting deep processing production lines in three phases, of which three 1,000t/d kilns and supporting deep processing production lines were invested in the first phase, and the first kiln of the first phase was successfully ignited during the reporting period. With the operation of the kiln, the overall construction process has been accelerated, the remaining two kilns and deep processing production lines in the first phase have been fully promoted, and the planning of the second and third phases has been accelerated.
Xianyang Base invested in the construction of five ultra-thin, double-film, high-transparency and large-size photovoltaic glass deep processing production lines in two phases, of which the first phase invested in the construction of three glass deep processing production lines, which have reached full production capacity and achieved stable supply to strategic customers; the industrialization technology and new product research and development of 1.6mm ultra-thin and large-size photovoltaic glass products have been successful. Xianyang Rainbow Photovoltaic Glass Co., Ltd. was also awarded "National High-tech Enterprise".
