No more than 6 billion yuan will be raised to invest in the construction of 15GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell project in Yiwu Phase VI.

On July 28, Aixu issued a fund-raising announcement, intending to raise no more than 6 billion yuan (including this number) to build Yiwu Phase VI 15GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell project and supplement liquidity.

The company plans to build a new generation of N-type ABC high-efficiency solar cell project in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, with a total investment of 8.516 billion yuan, of which 4.5 billion yuan will be raised. The planned construction period of the project is 18 months, which is undertaken by Zhejiang Aixu Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aixu. The project has been filed and approved by the EIA, and Zhejiang Aixu has obtained the land use right certificate of the project land.
