7月24日—26日，六盘水市、区（特区）工信部门执法人员会同第三方专业机构完成对六矿瑞安水泥有限公司、水城海螺盘江水泥有限责任公司等6家水泥企业的工业节能现场监察工作。
根据贵州省工业和信息化厅2023年第一批重点用能工业企业节能监察计划，7月24日—26日，六盘水市、区（特区）工信部门执法人员会同第三方专业机构完成对六矿瑞安水泥有限公司、水城海螺盘江水泥有限责任公司等6家水泥企业的工业节能现场监察工作。
节能监察现场检查了企业相关能耗报表，生产记录、能源计量器具台账等资料，实地核查运行的用能设备，核算企业2022年度单位产品综合能耗数据，重点对用能企业淘汰落后用能设备、能源计量管理等制度执行情况、能效水平进行评价，并当场告知监察结果。
下一步，市工业和信息化局将认真做好节能监察结果的分析应用，督促企业加强问题整改，引导企业实施节能技术改造，进一步提高企业能效水平，推动工业绿色低碳高质量发展。
