According to the energy conservation supervision plan of the first batch of key energy-consuming industrial enterprises of Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology in 2023, from July 24 to 26, the first batch of key energy-consuming industrial enterprises were selected. The law enforcement officers of Liupanshui City and District (Special Zone) Industry and Information Department, together with third-party professional organizations, completed the on-site supervision of industrial energy conservation in six cement enterprises, such as Ruian Cement Co., Ltd. of Liupanshui Mine and Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd.
Energy-saving supervision inspected the relevant energy consumption reports, production records, energy measuring instruments account and other information of enterprises, checked the operation of energy-using equipment on the spot, calculated the comprehensive energy consumption data per unit product of enterprises in 2022, and focused on the implementation of the system of eliminating backward energy-using equipment and energy measurement management of energy-using enterprises.
