Recently, Huarun Fengkai's first aggregate transport cargo ship with an annual output of 30 million tons sailed out of Fengkai Wharf smoothly, marking that the 10 # berth aggregate channel opened by Huarun Cement (Fengkai) Co., Ltd. for Zhaoqing Runxin New Materials Co., Ltd. (An indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of Huarun Cement) was officially put into operation. The reconstruction project successfully shortened the planned 60-day construction period to 51 days, and achieved the target task of guaranteeing 15000 tons of aggregate per day.
It is understood that the project is located in Changgang Town and Luodong Town, Fengkai County, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, with a total investment of over 6 billion yuan, mainly producing building stone, assembly building, building aggregate, machine-made sand and so on. After putting into operation, the annual output value will reach 2.8 billion yuan, and the annual tax revenue will be 450 million yuan. In October

According to the plan, the project can make use of the advantages of logistics and synergy to cover the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area market, lay the foundation for the position of the industry and promote the new business development strategy of China Resources Cement.
It is understood that because the comprehensive wharf in Fengkai County has not been completed before, the annual output of 30 million tons of Huarun Cement has become a difficult point. In order to solve this problem, in 2022, Zhaoqing Runxin New Materials has reached an agreement with Yuejian Mining and Shengyuan Mining, and the materials produced can be shipped from the loading and unloading points of the above enterprises.
In addition, in May 2023, Runxin New Material and Fengkai Cement conducted in-depth discussions on how to break the dilemma of Runxin New Material's aggregate delivery. The two sides actively carried out coordination and linkage, and after on-the-spot investigation and careful demonstration, decided to renovate the 10 # berth of Fengkai Cement and add a new access for aggregates to get off the ship.
