On July 25, the electronic trading platform of public resources in Xianning City, Hubei Province, announced the bid evaluation results of open-pit mining engineering design services for Huangyingyan Mining Area, Xian'an District, with an annual output of 9 million tons of sand and gravel. It is reported that the design period of the project is 180 calendar days, and the planned start date is July 28, 2023. According to the bid evaluation results, China International Engineering Co., Ltd. is the bid winner.
It is understood that Huangyingyan Mining Area in Xian'an District is the first net mining right successfully sold in Xianning City. On January 28, 2022, Xianning Hengmao Mining Co., Ltd. won the mining right for 436.63 million yuan, with a resource reserve of 38428 10000 tons, a production scale of 9 million tons per year and a transfer period of 37.5 years.
The project is located in Shuangxiqiao Town, Xian'an District, Xianning City, with a total planning area of 1.3714 square kilometers, about 2057.1 mu. The total investment is 74988 0.36 million yuan, and the main construction contents include construction engineering, mining engineering, road construction engineering, temporary mine facilities construction engineering, equipment procurement, etc. The scope of this
tender includes but is not limited to the design of safety facilities and construction drawings for the open-pit mining project of this project, and the completion of the design and acceptance of safety facilities for the project, including the design of the above safety facilities, which must pass the relevant national review, various demonstrations and other related organizational work. Submit various achievement documents and follow-up services approved by the Tenderee (design technical disclosure, solution of design technical problems in construction, design change and acceptance of parts and sub-items, etc.) to ensure the smooth completion of project approval, construction and completion acceptance.
It is reported that the main construction contents of the project include: 1. Construction works: 466.56 square meters of comprehensive service building, 72 square meters of lubricating grease warehouse, 144 square meters of automobile repair and maintenance room, 1370.88 square meters of staff dormitory building, 106.6 square meters of car washing platform and 162 square meters of material warehouse;
2. Mining engineering: 1 set of lighting equipment, 2 sets of sedimentation tanks, 2200 meters of intercepting ditches, 150000 cubic meters of development working face construction, and 765000 cubic meters of roof cutting;
3. Road construction works: 5100m of main ore transportation road, 180m of ore transportation road to the original Xianning Jincheng Mining Quarry, 370m of secondary ore transportation road, and 300m of drilling rig uphill road;
4. Construction of temporary mine facilities: 1,110 square meters of blind drainage ditches for waste dumps, 9,048 cubic meters of rock retaining dams for temporary waste dumps, 689.4 cubic meters of intercepting ditches for temporary waste dumps, and 22.5 meters of circular pipe culverts for temporary waste dumps;
5. Equipment purchase: purchase and installation of 64 sets of mining and ore transportation equipment.
