Saint-Gobain Plans to Sell Swiss Glassworks

Recently, Saint-Gobain of France said that the company had signed an agreement with AEQUITA of Germany to sell Swiss glass processing enterprises to each other.

It is reported that the deep processing enterprise will achieve revenue of 25 million euros in 2022, creating about 70 jobs for the local people.

The deal, which is expected to close by the end of May 2023, is part of Saint-Gobain's strategy to continue business profile optimisation and is in line with its "Growth & Impact" strategic plan.
