中国水泥网获悉，近日，沈阳经济技术开发区人民法院发布关于拍卖水泥混凝土搅拌站两台（第一次拍卖）的公告。
公告显示，辽宁省沈阳经济技术开发区人民法院将于2023年4月15日10时至2023年4月16日10时止（延时的除外）沈阳经济技术开发区人民法院在淘宝网司法拍卖网络平台上进行公开拍卖活动，拍卖标的物：水泥混凝土搅拌站两台。评估价：1600200元，起拍价：1200150元，保证金：100000元，增价幅度：5000元。

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (the original [2021] No.80 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the production line used for capacity replacement must be shut down and dismantled before the construction project is put into operation.
