According to the content of the announcement, China Resources Cement (Luoding) Co., Ltd. has violated the provisions of Articles 13 and 16 of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects and constituted relevant violations by unauthorized construction without obtaining a construction permit and unauthorized delivery without organizing completion acceptance. In accordance with the provisions of Article 57, Article 58 and Article 73 of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects, a total fine of RMB (in words) two hundred and sixty-seven thousand six hundred and forty-one point twelve (￥ 267641.12) shall be imposed.
