In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Mineral Resources Exploitation (Decree No.241 of the State Council), the Notice of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Improving the Administration of Examination, Approval and Registration of Mineral Resources Exploitation (GTZG [2017] No.16), Notice of the Department of Land and Resources of Fujian Province on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Withdrawal of Mining Rights and the Implementation Plan for the Withdrawal of Mining Rights Integration Projects (MGTZZ [2014] No.402), Notice of the General Office of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and the General Office of the Fujian Provincial People's Government on Printing and Distributing the Pilot Implementation Plan for the Reform of the Transfer System of Mining Rights in Fujian Province (Min Wei Ban [2018] No.13) and the Notice of Fujian Provincial Department of Natural Resources on Further Regulating the Application for Mining Rights (Min Natural Resources [2021] No.55), 10 mines including Wangzhuang Siltstone Mine of China Resources Cement (Longyan Caoxi) Co., Ltd. and Dalun Banner Silica Mine in Yanshi Town, Xinluo District, Longyan City are now closed.
Among them, Wangzhuang Siltstone Mine of China Resources Cement (Longyan Caoxi) Co., Ltd. is sandstone for cement ingredients, and the validity period is up to February 1, 2016. The reason for the closure is that the mine is open-pit mining, located in the control area of Xiaoxi River Basin and within the visual range of the central urban area, Provincial Highway 305, Xiamen-Chengdu Expressway and Longxia Railway, and has not declared "green mine", so it is not suitable to continue.
