It will focus on developing the photovoltaic industry chain of "module + battery + inverter + energy storage + glass", and by 2027, the total output value of the city's photovoltaic industry will reach 300 billion yuan. At the same time, we will accelerate the implementation of a large number of major photovoltaic projects led by Flat, Jingke, Zhengtai, Longji, Tongwei and Atlas, with a total planned investment of more than 60 billion yuan, and the production capacity of cells and modules reaching 110 GW and 160 GW respectively.

The project will be completed in two phases, of which the first phase includes two photovoltaic glass production lines with an installed capacity of 1GW. At present, one production line has been put into operation, and the construction of another production line in the first phase will be started in October this year. The construction of the second phase includes a conventional PV module production line with an installed capacity of 1GW and a perovskite PV module production line with an installed capacity of 1GW, which is expected to start in December. After putting into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 4 billion yuan and drive 200 people to achieve employment.
On July 20, the 24th China Qinghai Green Development Investment and Trade Fair Investment Explanation and Cooperation Project Signing Ceremony was held in Xining.
