Interested parties shall submit an application for sunset review of anti-dumping investigation of Chinese aluminium profiles within 30 days from the date of publication of the announcement, and the deadline is August 4, 2023. 2019, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade launched an anti-dumping investigation on aluminium profiles originating in China. On September 28,

2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam made an affirmative final ruling on the case. On November 18,

2020, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam launched the first mid-term review investigation on the case. On April 20,

2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam made the final ruling of the first mid-term review of the case, adjusting the anti-dumping duty rate of the products involved to 4.39% -35.58%. On June 10,

2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam launched the second mid-term review investigation on the case. On January 19,

2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam made a final ruling on the second mid-term review of the case, adjusting the anti-dumping duty rate of the products involved to 2.85% -35.58%. The Vietnamese tariff numbers of the products involved are 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10 and 7604.29.90.
