It is understood that "Chongqing Xinhua" is mainly engaged in the manufacture of photovoltaic glass, household appliances glass, display glass and photovoltaic power plants. In April
this year, the company and Chongqing Dianjiang formally signed a new energy photovoltaic industrial park project contract with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan, and planned to renovate 30000 square meters of idle old factory buildings of Jieli hub in Dianjiang High-tech Zone by leasing. The project will be completed in two phases, of which the first phase includes two photovoltaic glass production lines with an installed capacity of 1GW. At present, one production line has been put into operation, and the construction of another production line in the first phase will be started in October this year. The construction of the
second phase includes a conventional PV module production line with an installed capacity of 1GW and a perovskite PV module production line with an installed capacity of 1GW, which is expected to start in December. After the completion of the whole new energy photovoltaic industrial park project, the annual production of 24 million square meters of photovoltaic glass and the production scale of photovoltaic modules with a total installed capacity of 2G W will be realized.
