II. Handling of relevant formalities & nbsp; & nbsp; 1. Payment time of transfer income: & nbsp; & nbsp;

The first payment is 46.6 million yuan, and the remaining part will be paid equally within five years, that is, 16% of the transaction price will be paid annually within one year, two years, three years, four years and five years from the date of signing the mining right transfer contract. & nbsp; & nbsp;

2. Information and requirements for applying for mining right registration: & nbsp; & nbsp;

Mining right transfer contract, resource reserve verification report, development and utilization plan, mining right assessment report, mine ecological protection and restoration plan, and environmental impact assessment report of tourism projects. & nbsp;
