Ningxia Electric Power Company is one of the second batch of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases in Shagohuang, which was put on record by the Development and Reform Commission of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on April 20. The photovoltaic project of Lingwu 2 million kilowatts coal mining subsidence area is one of the two key projects of "Yinchuan Lingwu City (High-tech Zone) Major Project Centralized Start-up", located in Majiatan Town, Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and Baitugang Township, coal mine goaf and subsidence area wasteland, supporting the construction of 200 MW/400 MWh energy storage, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan. Covering an area of about 60,000 mu, the first phase of the project, with a capacity of 1 million kilowatts, is planned to be connected to the grid with high quality by the end of the year and put into full operation in 2024.
The project is an important green energy base of "West-to-East Power Transmission" in Ningxia, which is dedicated to the construction of large-scale photovoltaic base in coal mining subsidence area, photovoltaic + ecological management, multi-energy complementary delivery, new power system construction, centralized intelligent photovoltaic and "six innovative demonstration" bases led by Party building for green development. It adopts more than 20 advanced technologies and equipment, such as domestic IGBT inverters, various advanced high-efficiency N-type large-size photovoltaic modules, various types of brackets, unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned cleaning technology, 5G + Beidou, to build an "encyclopedia" of the photovoltaic industry in Ningxia . After the completion of the project, it will provide 3.8 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electricity every year, save about 1.15 million tons of standard coal, reduce about 3.15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions, about 604 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions and about 675 tons of nitrogen oxide emissions.
