As a key project in Luoyang City, the project has a total investment of 600 million yuan and a total construction area of 20000 square meters. It mainly constructs production workshops, production lines and supporting facilities, with an annual output of 200000 tons of silicon wafer raw materials, glass refractory materials and special materials.
Among them, as the main product of the enterprise, refined quartz sand is an important raw material for manufacturing electronic glass, refractory materials, electronic components and so on, and its quality determines the quality of downstream products.
"The lining of steelmaking boilers, the glass of mobile phone screens and the surface glass of photovoltaic panels, which are closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood, are inseparable from quartz sand." The person in charge said that, especially at the moment when Luoyang is focusing on the development of ten industrial clusters, many industrial clusters, such as refractories, electronic display materials, photoelectric components, are inseparable from the support of quartz sand as an important raw material, and the significance of the project is self-evident.
However, because refined quartz sand is as fine as flour, how to avoid environmental pollution is a major issue for all new projects.
Walking on the construction site of the project, not far from the factory building, the silver storage tank has been installed.
The person in charge said that in the future, a material transportation corridor will be built between the plant and the storage tank to achieve fully enclosed production and transportation, "dust does not see the sky".
"In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection, we have invested more than 10 million yuan in dust removal equipment alone, but in order to achieve long-term and lasting development, this investment is worth it!" The person in charge said.
With the support of many green technologies, the project construction prospects are promising and speeding up.
At present, the project has completed an investment of 260 million yuan, the planned cement road in the plant area has been hardened, and some equipment has been installed, making every effort to achieve the goal of completion and commissioning by the end of the year. After the completion of the
project, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 600 million yuan, which will provide strong support for the development of related industrial clusters.
