ST Zhongli Vice Chairman Resigns!

On July 25, ST Zhongli announced that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report from Mr. Dong Shuguang , vice chairman and director of the company, on July 25, 2023. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Dong Shuguang requested to resign from the positions of vice chairman and director of the company, and also resigned from the positions of member of the strategic committee of the board of directors and the remuneration and appraisal committee of the board of directors. Mr. Dong Shuguang will no longer hold any position in the Company after his resignation.
