civil aviation, the preliminary design of the flight area of the reconstruction and expansion project of Kunming Airport has been approved, and the preliminary design of the supporting projects of the terminal area and the north working area has been organized for review. In terms of water transport, the Shuifu Port Shugang Railway was completed at the end of May, the project of the central operation area of the capacity expansion project is progressing as planned, and the construction of the Wudongde dam-turning transfer facility in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River has started.
During the year, four new county-to-county expressways
were added. "In recent years, great changes have taken place in Yunnan's traffic construction, which is obvious to all and shared by everyone." This year, Yunnan will strive to basically realize the opening of Zhaotong to Jinyang, Dali to Nanjian, Yunlong to Lanping, Lincang to Qingshuihe, Zhenxiong to Qixingguan, Binchuan to Nanjian and other expressway projects. Yunnan Communications will continue to accelerate the implementation of Kunming Airport Reconstruction and Expansion Project, promote the reconstruction and expansion of Lijiang, Xishuangbanna and other airports; accelerate the first and second phases of the comprehensive construction project of shipping infrastructure in the middle reaches of Jinsha River, as well as the construction project of high-grade waterway from Xiluodu to Shuifu in Jinsha River, and the construction project of waterway from 244 boundary markers of Lancang River to Lincang Port. people's livelihood, Yunnan Transportation will continue to implement the action of "eliminating danger" for the safety of rural roads, such as three-level roads for villages and towns, hardened roads for more than 30 natural villages, and rural roads. This year, more than 10000 kilometers of new rural roads will be rebuilt, 7000 kilometers of safety and life protection projects for village roads will be completed, and 200 old and dangerous bridges of four or five types of rural roads will be rebuilt.
