of Sishui Changlai Green Mine Project, which was invested and constructed
by the Fifth Bureau of Hydropower of China, has passed the completion acceptance
. It has been listed as a key project by Hubei Province to invest in the development of abundant sand and gravel resources in Huanggang area of Hubei Province and promote local economic development. The wharf project undertaken by the
company is located in Lanxi Town, Xishui County, Hubei Province. It is planned to build seven 5000-ton bulk cargo berths with an annual design throughput of 40 million tons. The construction is divided into two phases. The completion of this project is the first phase of No.4-7 berths. The main construction contents include the installation of wharf platform, approach bridge, substation platform, transfer station, steel structure of steel approach bridge and belt conveyor.
The project includes three major projects: mine and aggregate processing system, long rubber corridor and wharf. After the completion of the project, it will mainly face the market in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, providing more than 40 million tons of high-quality sand and gravel aggregates for construction projects every year, synchronously promoting local employment and promoting economic and social development. 2022, the first phase of the project was fully completed. On December 28, 2022, the first phase of Sishui Changlai Green Mine Project was officially put into operation after more than nine months, achieving the goal of entering the site and completing the work in the same year, making the speed, responsibility and quality of the Fifth Bureau shine in Sishui again.
The project department implements the grid management mode of the construction site, realizes the "horizontal to side, vertical to the end" of the safety, quality and civilized construction management of the construction site, ensures the responsibility to people and divides the grid management area, and realizes the three major changes from extensive to fine, minority to joint efforts, and traditional to information management. The management level of safety, quality, progress and environmental protection on the construction site has been improved.
