of Longhao Glass was put into operation in July 2014. It adopted the leading float glass technology and process in China at that time, and had the production capacity of high-quality float glass with a thickness of 1.5-12 mm. After 8 years of operation, it stopped production on October 17, 2022. After
joining Yaohua Group, in order to enhance the competitiveness of Longhao glass products, 450 million yuan was invested to implement the cold repair and energy-saving intelligent upgrading project of 600 t/d float glass production line, to carry out cold repair technical transformation of the original production line melting, annealing, forming and other sections, to increase oxygen-enriched combustion system and electric boosting, to optimize the structure of the furnace, and to replace the furnace. Update the main production equipment, after the completion of the transformation, will reach a new generation of float glass production line technology level. New
raw material homogenization warehouse and bagging warehouse will be built and integrated into a raw material center. The original raw material FIC system, cold end PIC system, water pump house and air compression station FLC system will be upgraded and transformed. After transformation, all control information will be connected to the data acquisition station of the central control room to realize the linkage between data and production, and realize digitalization and intellectualization. After the completion of the
technical transformation, the production line will achieve high quality, high yield, high quality and high quality float glass, while the energy consumption will reach the domestic benchmark level.
