A few days ago, the project of Yingjiang, a famous city, was exposed in the ten districts of the harbor of the famous city along the East River in Fuzhou. The project is located on the west side of Binjin City of Mawei River, between Rujiang Avenue and Tienan Road, with a land area of 52.05 mu. According to the disclosed general plan and indicators, Mingcheng Yingjiang Project will build three 8-10 F foreign-style houses and five 17-23-storey high-rise buildings, with a community volume ratio of only 1.86, an atrium landscape and a maximum building spacing of about 56 meters. project is about 490 residential units, which are positioned as improved residential areas with an area of about 90-150 square meters. This time, the exposure of the famous city Yingjiang project means that in the near future, the famous city real estate will add a new improvement residential project in Dongjiangbin, Fuzhou. Soon after the delivery of
the original project, it was identified as the famous city of dangerous houses
. The original site of Yingjiang was the demolition and resettlement house of Rujiang Village, namely the third phase of Jiangbin Jincheng.
According to relevant media reports, in 2005, the Mawei District Planning Bureau approved the general layout plan of the project, with a plot ratio of 1.86 and a capacity area of 64612. 47 square meters, and a total of 17 small high-rise buildings were planned and constructed. The project was started in June 2005 and passed the single acceptance on May 30, 2007.
However, after the delivery of the third phase of Jiangbin Jincheng in 2008, some people reflected the problems of toilet leakage, floor and wall cracks after resettlement. After appraisal, 17 buildings in the third phase of Jiangbin Jincheng were identified as Grade D by housing safety appraisal, which belonged to houses with major potential safety hazards.
In the same year, the original Jiangbin Jincheng Phase III resettlement households were replaced to Rujiang Xinyuan.

1. The original 17 buildings are adjusted to 8 high-rise residential buildings with 8-23 floors. The supporting commercial podium and three low-rise supporting houses, and one existing Mingcheng Dadi Kindergarten will be reserved;
2. The original planned allocation of farmers' market and village committee will be cancelled, and the remaining supporting facilities will be matched according to the current specifications;
3. About 5m public pedestrian passage and fire passage are reserved in the north-south direction on the west side of the land, which leads to the existing entrance of the kindergarten and primary school;
4. About 7m existing road is reserved in the east side of the land near the Rujiang Community.
Now, the famous city of Yingjiang is about to come to market, and Fuzhou will be born with a story.
