The meeting conveyed the spirit of the National Conference on Eco-environmental Protection, listened to the reports of the relevant municipal planning and natural resources bureaus on the implementation of the monthly monitoring and dispatching report mechanism of cultivated land protection and the latest progress of the problem rectification work, and informed the typical problems of illegal land use in the recent monthly monitoring of cultivated land protection in the whole province and the photovoltaic power industry in the whole province. The meeting stressed that we should resolutely and thoroughly rectify the monthly monitoring of cultivated land protection. Municipal planning and natural resources bureaus should resolutely curb the new illegal occupation of cultivated land in accordance with the requirements of "monthly monitoring of changes, monthly assignments, monthly supervision and rectification, monthly reporting, and promoting monthly clearance and monthly closure".
