From July 14 to 15, the review meeting of the sea sand resources exploration report and the preliminary review meeting of the development and utilization plan were held in Huludao City, Suizhong County, Liaoning Province. The heads of the Mineral Resources Protection and Supervision Department and the Mining Rights Management Department of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources participated in the review of the two reports and gave guidance.
In order to improve the progress of sea sand "two rights in one" and improve the efficiency of examination and approval, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources adopted the sinking joint examination method to review the two reports, which greatly promoted the preliminary work of sea sand "two rights in one" marketization and further shortened the time limit for examination and approval. During the evaluation process, the provincial department and the expert group fully affirmed the preparatory work for the transfer of sea sand in Huludao City, and also put forward opinions and guidance for the transfer of sea sand in Huludao City, which broadened the thinking and vision for the next work. This sea sand transfer is the first market-oriented transfer in Liaoning Province. Up to now, the work of delimiting the industrial and mining sea area, the investigation and exploration of the sea sand transfer area, and the preparation of the development and utilization plan have been completed, and other preliminary work is progressing in an orderly manner.
