Recently, Nigeria's SOKOTO third-line project successfully obtained the FAC certificate issued by the owner BUA, which is the last node acceptance document agreed in the one-year contract for the smooth operation of the production line after the TOC certificate was signed at the end of March 2022. It marks that the SOKOTO 6000T PD Clinker Production Line 3 EPC Project meets the requirements of the Owner within the warranty period stipulated in the contract and achieves a successful conclusion. Since the commencement of
the SOKOTO Third-Line Project, with the support and leadership of the Company, all the project participants have worked together to overcome difficulties and overcome many unfavorable factors such as harsh natural environment, high incidence of infectious diseases and unstable social order. Actively strengthen communication with owners, carefully organize resources, rationally arrange processes, and steadily promote project construction. The implementation of the project coincided with the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic. The project department adhered to provention and control measures of institutionalization, gridding, humanization and normalization of epidemic prevention. The epidemic situation did not change the original intention, the difficulty did not change the will, and unswervingly implemented the company's epidemic prevention requirements and overcome the epidemic, and completed the ignition target on schedule. During the implementation of
the project, we actively practiced the "three fine management", explored important measures in safety production, cost control, localization management, intelligent construction site, customer relationship maintenance and other aspects, aimed at improving the utilization rate of resources, strengthened management as a means, innovated construction methods as a breakthrough, and successfully completed various tasks and objectives of project management. The high-standard and high-quality performance ability of the project department has won high recognition and praise from the owners, laying a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation between the two sides.
