According to the news of Dehong Intermediate People's Court on March 28, 2023, Beijing Longan (Kunming) Law Firm and Yunnan Hongyu Bankruptcy Liquidation Co., Ltd. were appointed as the liquidation team of Dehong Sanxiang General Cement Co., Ltd. according to the Court's (2022) Yun 31 Qiangqing 1-1 Decision.
According to Articles 184 and 185 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, Creditors of Dehong Sanxiang General Cement Co., Ltd. shall declare their claims to the liquidation team of Dehong Sanxiang General Cement Co., Ltd. within 30 days from March 28, 2023 (mailing address: Yunju Community, No.151, Huancheng East Road, Mangshi City, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Contact number: Mr. Zhang 16608811139, Ms. Liang 18788271857), the creditor shall state in writing the amount of the creditor's rights, whether there is property guarantee and whether it belongs to joint and several creditor's rights, and provide relevant evidentiary materials. The declaration materials may be sent to the mailbox of the liquidation group (mailbox address: sanxiangqingsuan@163.com) within the declaration period. If the creditor's rights
are not declared within the above-mentioned time limit, supplementary declaration may be made before the liquidation property distribution plan is submitted to the creditors'meeting for discussion, but the creditor has no right to request supplementary distribution for the previous distribution, and at the same time, the creditor shall bear the expenses incurred for the examination and confirmation of supplementary declaration of creditor's rights. Those
who fail to declare their claims shall not exercise their rights in accordance with the procedures prescribed in the Company Law of the People's Republic of China. The debtor or property holder of Dehong Sanxiang General Cement Co., Ltd. shall pay off debts or deliver property to the liquidation team of Dehong Sanxiang General Cement Co., Ltd.
