Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information announced the excellent cases of industrial Internet application in Hainan Province in 2023, in which the 5G driverless project of Huasheng Green Mine of Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Company was successfully selected. This project is the unmanned intelligent project practice of Hainan Huasheng Tianya Cement, a key private enterprise in the cement industry, which will help the mine to operate safely, stably and efficiently, and ultimately achieve the goal of unmanned transformation of the whole mine.

It is reported that Hainan Huasheng Tianya Cement, a key private enterprise in the cement industry, is another key cement mine unmanned and intelligent project practice after Jinyu Jidong Cement, Huarun Tianyang Cement and Thailand SCG Cement. The project conforms to the trend of digital and intelligent transformation of the cement industry, and applies advanced technologies such as 5G, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data and cloud services. There are 17 electric wide-body mine cars in the whole mine, which will automatically complete the whole process of loading, transportation and unloading in the future, thus helping the mine to operate safely, stably and efficiently, and ultimately achieving the goal of unmanned transformation of the whole mine.

The statistical data of import and export of cement clinker from January to August 2025 shows the import and export of cement and cement clinker. On the export side, products such as cement and cement clinker are covered; the same is true for imports. The quantity of cement clinker in export increased significantly year-on-year, reaching 837.76%, and the amount increased by 587.37% year-on-year; while the quantity of white Portland cement decreased significantly year-on-year, reaching -89.65%.
