On November 16, a letter on the approval of Ningxia Shengjin Cement's "Environmental Impact Report on the Project of Changing 2 × 2500t/d Cement Clinker Production Line and Supporting 9 MW Waste Heat Power Generation Technology to 5000t/d New Dry Clinker Production Line" was published. The construction of the project is in line with the relevant planning of the state and the autonomous region. On the basis of implementing the environmental protection measures proposed in the Environmental Impact Report of the Project of 2 × 2500t/d Cement Clinker Production Line and Supporting 9 MW Waste Heat Power Generation Technology Transformation to 5000t/d New Dry Clinker Production Line (hereinafter referred to as the Report), It is agreed that Ningxia Shengjin Cement shall carry out the project construction according to the nature, scale, location and environmental protection countermeasures of the construction projects listed in the Report.
It is reported that the project of 2 × 2500 tons/day cement clinker production line and supporting 9 MW waste heat power generation technology transformation to 5000 tons/day new dry clinker production line is located in Caotai Village, Xuanhe Town, Zhongwei City, using the existing 1 # clinker line location in the plant area for technical transformation, without new land occupation. The existing 1 # and 2 # cement clinker production lines (with a single scale of 2500 tons/day) adopt the second-generation new dry process production technology, transform and build a new 5000 tons/day cement production line, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of Portland cement clinker and supporting 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation. The existing cement grinding station in the plant area maintains the scale of 2 million tons/year. The total investment of the project is 46050 million yuan, of which 40.3 million yuan is invested in environmental protection, accounting for 8.75% of the total investment of the project.
