Revision and Issuance of Chongqing River Sand Mining Management Manual (Trial)

In order to adapt to the new situation and new changes of river sand mining management, Chongqing Water Conservancy Bureau revised the Manual of River Sand Mining Management in Chongqing (Trial Implementation), which was recently issued to all districts and counties in the city for implementation. The overall framework of the

manual remains unchanged, which further standardizes and refines the important issues such as the unified mining management of river sand and gravel, the comprehensive utilization of dredged sand, and the implementation of supervision and management. At the same time, it repairs and improves the problems existing in the early stage. The newly revised manual is more in line with the requirements of higher-level management and the actual work of sand mining management in Chongqing, and achieves the effect of "one volume in hand, easy to grasp" in sand mining management, which will play a positive role in guiding and promoting the further improvement of standardized management of sand mining in districts and counties.
