On July 21, GCL Integration announced in the evening that the company intends to raise no more than 579.9 million yuan (including this figure) by issuing shares to specific targets, which will be used for the following projects after deducting the issuance fee:

It is conducive to promoting the industrialization of the company's TOPCon batteries, focusing on improving the company's layout in the field of N-type high-efficiency photovoltaic battery industry, forming a joint force with the company's Hefei component base project, further enhancing the company's scale advantages, technological advantages, and reducing the comprehensive cost of the industrial chain.
