Bai Songtao said in his speech that the annual output of 50,000 tons of battery-grade lithium salt project is the first sub-project of the second phase of Guangxi Lithium Electricity Project, which took only 10 months to achieve product offline and set a new record for major project construction. According to
the data, Huayou Lithium Power Project started in July 2020, with a total investment of 130 billion yuan in three phases. At present, nine sub-projects of the first phase of the project have been put into operation, and the second phase of the project with an annual output of 50000 tons of battery-grade lithium salt covers an area of 368.83 mu, with a total investment of 2.116 billion yuan. The project was completed in only 8 months and the product was offline in 10 months.
