20, the signing ceremony of Trina Solar's annual production of 50GW monocrystalline silicon wafers was successfully held in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province.
Trina Solar is a leading enterprise in the global photovoltaic new energy industry. In September last year, the Huai'an base project was successfully signed, which opened the prelude to in-depth cooperation with Huai'an. On April 19
this year, when the first phase of the project was put into operation and the second phase of the project started, Trina Solar invested an additional 5 billion yuan to build a new generation of high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production project, which will start construction in the near future. Only three months
later, a new project of 50GW monocrystalline silicon wafer was signed. This project is the upstream supporting of the early battery production project in Huai'an Base, which further expands the upstream and downstream industrial chain, broadens the business layout and forms industrial agglomeration . After the monocrystalline silicon wafer project is completed and put into operation, it is estimated that the annual output value will be about 30 billion yuan and the annual tax payment will be about 300 million yuan.
