BBMG Holds 2023 Science and Technology Innovation Conference

On March 28, Jinyu Group's 2023 Science and Technology Innovation Conference was held in the Global Trade Center in the form of "Main Venue + Video Branch Venue". Jiang Yingwu fully affirmed the achievements and progress made in the scientific and technological innovation work of BBMG Group in 2022, and put forward four requirements for the scientific and technological innovation work of BBMG Group in 2023:

Establish a scientific and technological innovation system that meets the requirements of high-quality development. The Group's scientific and technological innovation work should take serving high-quality development as its primary task, coordinate the development of new material industry, "double carbon" development and digital transformation, and build a scientific and technological innovation system with Jinyu characteristics. Party organizations at all levels should list scientific and technological innovation as a "top leader" project and do a good job. Party organization secretaries should truly achieve "four personalities" for the innovation and development of enterprises, thoroughly study the development goals, market demand and implementation paths of scientific and technological innovation in enterprises, and be the "understanding person" of innovation and development. All units should further make good use of the reserve mechanism of R & D investment, use the R & D investment of enterprises to solve the bottleneck of enterprise development, and provide a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.

Second, we should focus on the main responsibilities and do a solid job in tackling key scientific and technological problems and transforming achievements. We should pay close attention to the key core needs that restrict the development of the main industry and the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and "set good questions" for scientific and technological innovation. The new material industry should focus on the improvement and subdivision of traditional materials, function improvement and product iteration, and extend to the upstream and downstream industrial chains around the main industry; the green and low-carbon industry should adhere to the improvement of the energy-saving and non-fossil energy substitution level of the main industry as the basis; the digitalization transformation should focus on the cost control and reduction of the main industry, the improvement of quality and efficiency, and the transformation and upgrading, so as to accelerate the shaping of new competitive advantages. We should give full play to the advantages of rich application scenarios and introduce the scientific research achievements of ecosphere partners through various channels and ways. We should make good use of incubator funds, science and technology innovation funds and industrial development funds to form a linkage effect. In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the promotion of scientific and technological achievements as soon as possible, a list of key research achievements such as intelligent robot clearance, alternative fuels and solid waste treatment should be made to further improve the input-output efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.

Third, we should make both internal and external efforts to build high-quality innovation platforms at all levels of the group. Speed up the declaration of the reorganization of the State Heavy Laboratory of Solid Waste to ensure the successful reorganization. The General Institute of Scientific Research should assume the main responsibility of building a scientific and technological innovation ecosphere, actively dock with the leading universities, academicians and top teams at home and abroad, and achieve high-level upgrading and expansion. Make full use of the advantages of physical space and experimental instruments in the park of the General Research Institute, speed up the construction of research and development base for science and technology innovation, and build a new material science and technology innovation industrial park. To speed up the transformation, industrialization and engineering of scientific and technological achievements, we should refer to the operation mode of Tsinghua Industrial Research Institute, set up the promotion department of scientific and technological achievements transformation and the team of managers of scientific and technological achievements, speed up the optimization of the evaluation standard system of scientific and technological innovation, and make the transformation of scientific and technological achievements more professional.

Fourthly, we should emancipate our minds and strengthen the construction of high-level talent team. We should further implement the strategy of strengthening enterprises by talents, establish an atmosphere of "respecting knowledge, respecting talents and respecting creativity", and constantly improve the strategic layout of talents. We should attach equal importance to independent training, market-oriented introduction and flexible introduction of talents, and speed up the construction of all kinds of scientific and technological professionals. We should effectively aggregate the resources of the innovation chain of the complex, replace training with competition, promote learning by doing, and enhance the comprehensive ability of scientific and technological personnel in actual combat. We should open up new ideas, implement the introduction of high-end scientific and technological talents trained by academicians, returnees and national talent programs as soon as possible, and build a strong team of scientific and technological innovation leaders. We should firmly implement relevant systems such as the management measures for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, enhance the sense of responsibility, mission and acquisition of talents, and enable scientific and technological personnel to work freely and conduct research without distraction.
