of Liaocheng Bridge is 3633 meters, and the total length of the continuous beam across 309 National Highway is 144 meters. It needs to cross 309 National Highway, a national trunk highway with a large traffic flow. The pressure of traffic control and dredging is great, the construction is difficult, the safety risk is high, and the environmental protection requirements are strict.
In order to avoid the impact of construction on existing lines, the project carries out safety risk analysis in advance, formulates preventive measure and countermeasures, and in view of the characteristics of complex construction environment and large interference, sets up aerial work platforms, sets up safety protection enclosures around them, and timely relieves traffic under the construction area to ensure the safety of existing lines.
The project lasted 4 hours and successfully completed the pouring task. The total pouring volume of the continuous beam reached 2200 cubic meters. At the same time, the intelligent tensioning and grouting technology was adopted to automatically control the loading rate, stop point and load holding time, accurately measure and timely check the elongation, and accurately complete the tensioning construction of the continuous beam.
