On November 15, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Henan Province issued an announcement on the performance rating results of key industries with heavy pollution weather in Henan Province in 2023.
In order to further standardize and strengthen the performance classification management of key industries, promote enterprises to improve performance level and governance efficiency, and enhance the level of green development of enterprises. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, such as the Technical Guidelines for the Formulation of Emergency Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries in Heavily Polluted Weather (Revised Edition 2020) and the Notice of Performance Grading and Supplementary Explanation of Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries in Heavily Polluted Weather, etc., through self-evaluation by enterprises, joint examination of data, on-site verification and expert review. A total of 28 A-level enterprises, 159 B-level enterprises and 19 performance-leading enterprises were audited and evaluated. The list of enterprise performance ratings in key industries in the province in 2023 is now announced and subject to social supervision. If it is found that the enterprise ratings do not conform to the actual situation, the problems can be reflected through calls, letters, visits and other forms. Our office will investigate, verify and deal with the problems reflected.
Among them, 3 cement enterprises in the cement industry are rated as A, 8 cement enterprises are rated as B, and 5 cement enterprises are rated as performance-leading. In
the commercial concrete industry, 3 commercial concrete enterprises are rated as Grade A, and 46 commercial concrete enterprises are rated as Grade B.
