Recently, Hebei Building Materials Industry Association issued the Notice of Self-discipline, Self-rescue and Peak-staggering Production Arrangement of Hebei Cement Industry in 2023-2024.

Peak-shifting scope:

61 cement clinker production enterprises in the province (84 production lines, including special cement).

Peak-staggering time:

(I) Annual peak-staggering days

are determined according to the degree of overcapacity and market demand in each region: 200 days of peak-staggering production in Northeast Hebei (Tangshan City, Qinhuangdao City, Chengde City, Zhangjiakou City and Langfang City); The central and southern Hebei region (Handan City, Xingtai City, Shijiazhuang City, Baoding City) has 190 days of self-discipline and self-rescue peak staggering production.
