The meeting pointed out that
carrying out comprehensive air pollution control in autumn and winter is the decisive measure to eliminate heavy polluted weather. The formulation and implementation of the Plan is of great significance for consolidating the achievements of air pollution prevention and control in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, surrounding areas and Fenwei Plain, and ensuring the completion of the air quality improvement target. We should do a good job in publicizing and training the two standards, effectively strengthen supervision and verification, and effectively improve the scientific and technological level of supervision. It is necessary to guide off-road mobile machinery manufacturers to install vehicle-mounted terminals as required and carry out mechanical networking work so as to realize the dynamic management of "one machine, one file".
