On March 27, the website of Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission issued the Notice of Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission on Approving Jingke Energy Co., Ltd. "JinkoSolar Co., Ltd.'s Investment in a new solar module production line with an annual output of 1GW in the United States (see the back page for details) shall be put on record". According to
the Notice, Jingke Energy Co., Ltd. intends to invest 81.37 million US dollars (about 560 million RMB) to build a new solar module production line with an annual output of 1G W in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.
This is JinkoSolar 's further upgrade and expansion of its photovoltaic module factory in the United States.
Previously, in 2019, JinkoSolar set up a 400 MW photovoltaic module assembly plant in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Notice

Report on JinkoSolar Co., Ltd.'s Investment in the United States to Build a Production Line with an Annual Output of 1GW Solar Modules We have received the Request for Filing of Production Line Project (Rao Fa Gai Cai Wai Zi [2023] No.6). In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Overseas Investment of Enterprises in Jiangxi Province (GFGWZ [2018] No.565), JinkoSolar Co., Ltd. 'S investment in the new solar module production line project with an annual output of 1GW in the United States (see the back page for details) was put on record. This notice is valid for 2 years. During the implementation of the
project, if it is necessary to go through the formalities of change and extension according to the regulations, please report to the Commission in time; if there is a major adverse situation, please submit the report form of major adverse situation to the Commission according to the regulations; it shall not violate the laws and regulations of our country, and shall not threaten or damage the national interests and national security of our country. Please submit the project completion report form within 20 working days from the date of project completion.
If you have any objection to this notice, you may apply to the Commission for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of receipt of this notice, or bring an administrative lawsuit to the people's court within 6 months. March 22
