Recently, the People's Court of Yuzhong County, Gansu Province, issued the announcement of the ruling of Gansu Gaoya Jincheng Cement Co., Ltd. to declare bankruptcy, saying that on August 27, 2021, the People's Court of Yuzhong County decided to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Gansu Gaoya Jincheng Cement Co., Ltd. on the basis of the application of the creditor Linbi County Changxin Commerce and Trade Co., Ltd.
It was found that the debtor , Gansu Gaoya Jincheng Cement Co., Ltd. , was unable to pay off the debts due, its assets were insufficient to pay off all the debts and it did not have the ability of reorganization or reconciliation. In accordance with the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 1, and Article 107, paragraph 1, of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, the People's Court of Yuzhong County declared the bankruptcy of Gansu Gaoya Jincheng Cement Co., Ltd. on November 10, 2023.
It is reported that Gansu Gaoya Jincheng Cement Co., Ltd. was established on June 30, 1980 and registered in Gaoya Town, Yuzhong County, Gansu Province. Its business scope includes manufacturing and sales of cement and lime; processing and sales of limestone and limestone powder; equipment maintenance and installation; paper bag processing, etc. It once had a 1000t/d clinker decomposition kiln production line outside the kiln, with an annual production of 500,000 tons of cement. The main products are "Jincheng Brand" silicate 32.5, 42.5 and ordinary silicate 32.5, 32.5 R, 42.5 series of five varieties.
According to the data of Gansu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the 1000t/d production capacity of Gansu Gaoya Jincheng Cement Co., Ltd. has been transferred to Guangxi Xindongyun Cement Co., Ltd. for the construction of 5000t/d clinker cement production line.
