By the end of 2024, iron and steel enterprises will have orderly withdrawn or completed large-scale transformation of blast furnaces below 1200 cubic meters, steelmaking converters below 100 tons, steelmaking electric arc furnaces below 100 tons and alloy steel electric arc furnaces below 50 tons. We will continue to carry out actions to improve the quality and efficiency of urban domestic sewage treatment, accelerate the control of overflow pollution in urban drainage systems, and reduce the intensity of pollution in flood season. 4. Safeguard measures
