日前，金圆股份发布公告，子公司互助金圆及其子公司主营业务水泥产品及商砼产业，为适应资本战略规划及产业规划发展需要，互助金圆拟战略性退出传统建材水泥业务，择机剥离低效资产，以提高资产使用效率与资产质量，鉴于上述情况，公司拟通过在杭州产权交易所有限责任公司公开挂牌方式转让公司所持有的互助金圆100%的股权(含其控股子公司)。
