2022年4月8日，海螺集团与航天投资控股有限公司召开视频工作座谈会。航天投资董事长、党委书记韩树旺，国创新能源汽车基金总经理辛廷慧，航天凌河汽车董事长刘立强，上海航融新能源总经理徐杰，海螺集团党委书记、董事长王诚，副总经理吴斌，总经理助理陈永波等参加了座谈。
韩树旺表示，航天投资是航天科技集团授权的投资管理主体、资本运作和战略合作平台，致力于风电光伏开发、共享储能、氢能、高性能轻量化材料和数字产业等战略新兴产业的发展。海螺集团是行业领军企业，目前正大力发展新能源、新材料、碳科技和数字产业，双方发展方向一致。希望双方积极探索合作方式，进一步加强产融合作。
王诚表示，海螺集团坚定不移实施“歼30”创新发展行动计划，坚持创新引领、数字赋能、绿色转型，围绕“123456”发展目标，推动新能源新材料产业布局、碳科技研发、工业互联网建设以及“一带一路”投资发展，进一步延链补链强链。航天投资在清洁能源、工业互联网等新兴产业投资和资本运作经验丰富，希望双方加强合作，定期交流沟通，细化合作项目清单，实现共赢发展。
