4月1日，西部建设发布2021年度报告，报告期内公司实现营业收入26,926,362,355.54元，同比增长14.96%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润844,760,214.16元，同比增长7.72%。
报告期内经营活动产生的现金流量净额为403,807,217.77元，截至2021年末归属于上市公司股东的净资9,154,302,135.41元。
公司拟以非公开发行股票方式，引入水泥行业龙头安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司成为第二大股东，以股权结构优化带动公司治理完善，报告期内公司召开董事会审议通过本次非公开发行方案并签署了相关协议。此外，公司成功发行两期共13亿元的中期票据，资本运作各项举措高质效推进。
