The project uses a five-stage cyclone preheater, which is layered on a six-storey steel frame. The preheater and calciner are large in single volume and require high accuracy in on-site fabrication. The overall height of the steel structure frame reaches 98.2 meters. The structure of the main body and the internal operation platform is diverse, and the construction process is complex.
Since the commencement of the project in June last year, leaders at all levels of Sinoma International (Nanjing) and Sinoma Suzhou have attached great importance to it and given scientific guidance; the project design team has taken science and technology as the guide to design accurately; the management team has refined the nodes and made reasonable overall planning; Sinoma Suzhou Equipment Branch has given full play to its professional expertise and experience advantages to produce efficiently; The logistics team meticulously planned and delivered the goods at full speed; the site construction was carefully arranged and carried out in an orderly manner, and high-quality territorial employment was used to resolve the difficulties in personnel admission caused by the epidemic. Epidemic prevention, security, quality and progress control, in a short period of 10 months, the whole process of overseas cement engineering construction, such as project design and drawing, processing and manufacturing, logistics and transportation, site construction, is closely linked and flowing clouds and running water, and the node objectives are successfully achieved.
