7月12日，“2022中国水泥产业峰会暨TOP100颁奖典礼”精彩继续。中国水泥网水泥大数据研究院砂石分析师 祝萧芸带来了《2022砂石市场上半年运行情况与下半年形势展望》。祝萧芸表示，上半年砂石需求下滑明显。经测算，1-6月全国混凝土、水泥制品及类似制品使用的砂石骨料约70~75亿吨，同比下降超10%。
砂石价格整体呈下降趋势。截至6月底，全国碎石价格指数报收93.3点，同比下跌4.97%，全国机制砂价格指数报收97.53点，同比下跌4.99%。同时供给端砂石产能持续增加。据统计，1-6月全国共有28条骨料生产线投产，新增年产能约1.75亿吨。
全年来看，祝萧芸预计全年砂石需求总体趋降，降幅在9%~13%。价格仍将呈弱势运行，预计于四季度初有所反弹。
