《经济参考报》记者从金融管理部门和多家银行了解到，6月房地产贷款新增规模较5月明显提升，连续两个月环比多增，预计当月新增超1500亿元，较5月环比多增2500亿元。
根据国家统计局最新数据，6月全国商品房销售面积、销售金额环比分别大幅增长65.8%和68.1%，环比增幅分别较5月增长40个和38.5个百分点。当月，70个大中城市新建商品住宅和二手住宅销售价格环比上涨城市分别为31个和21个，比上月均增加6个。
市场普遍预计，随着疫情逐步消退和中央、地方稳定经济大盘政策落地显效，房地产市场销售、融资有望持续回暖。
