2022年3月20日，甘肃省平凉海螺公司厂区喜庆洋溢。下午15：30，平凉海螺年产30万吨机制砂项目顺利投产，首车机制砂销售出厂，公司经营迈出新步伐。
平凉海螺机制砂项目于2021年6月底开工，期间，业主单位和施工单位同心协力，克服疫情影响、雨雪冰冻天气等不利因素，抢抓施工建设节点、保障设备进厂，历时9个月，成功迎来投产发运。
机制砂项目是平凉海螺贯彻落实集团公司、水泥股份关于推进产业链补链、强链、延链要求的具体举措。在公司矿山开采、安全环保、技术管理等综合优势支撑下，项目的投产实现了公司矿山资源零排废，推动公司高质量发展迈上了新台阶，也为地方经济发展注入了新动能。
