近日，中国水泥网从上峰水泥公布的三季报中了解到，公司在营收、净利双降的同时，还因“炒股”亏损两个多亿。上峰水泥公允价值变动收益为亏损2.35亿元。上峰水泥在三季度报告中解释称，公允价值变动收益金额主要是公司投资二级市场股票的浮亏。
