In order to promote the high-quality development of Huangshi Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone in Hubei Province and promote the "going out" of enterprises in the whole city, Huangshi Business Bureau actively strives for the Provincial Department of Commerce and has visited the Provincial Department of Commerce with Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. for many times. In March 2022, it passed the third-party expert review organized by the Provincial Department of Commerce and successfully declared the "China-Cambodia Huaxin Building Material Industry Cooperation Park" of Hubei Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone in 2022.
Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. implements the "the Belt and Road" development strategy of the Chinese government to invest in the construction of the building materials industry cooperation park. The park covers an area of more than 500 hectares, with cement investment as the main body and coordinated development of upstream and downstream industrial chains such as packaging, concrete, calcium silicate board, trade and other enterprises. The total investment is about 150 million US dollars, which will create more than 2000 local jobs and bring more than 10 million US dollars in profits and taxes to the Cambodian government every year. The construction of water supply, power supply, roads and communication in the park has been completed, and enterprises can quickly complete the construction and put into operation after they are stationed.
