Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Ulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia, organized a meeting on product quality improvement of cement production enterprises in the whole city and an interview on unqualified cement production enterprises in 2021 . The meeting briefed on the situation of unqualified enterprises in 2021 and the on-site assessment and inspection of the quality and safety assurance capability of enterprises licensed by the State Administration of Cement Products in 2022. In view of the problems found, enterprises were required to formulate rectification plans, clarify the rectification time, and ensure that the problems found were rectified in place. At the same time, we should conscientiously carry out internal self-examination, strictly implement the main responsibility of enterprise quality and safety, and resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of various product quality accidents. Representatives of cement production enterprises said that they would further improve the product quality and safety management system, strengthen education and training, carry out risk investigation, strictly implement the main responsibility of enterprise safety production, and comprehensively improve product safety and quality.
The meeting requests that this year is the year of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and also an important year for deepening reform and promoting high-quality development in an all-round way. The quality and safety of key industrial products is not only one of the safety risks in the "four major areas" of the market supervision department, but also one of the bottom lines of the market supervision work. First, enterprises should conscientiously raise their ideological awareness and fully implement the main responsibility of quality. At the same time, we should take various measures to consolidate the foundation of enterprise management, strengthen the equipment of hardware and software facilities, improve the operation skills of inspectors, and carefully study and analyze the factors leading to instability in strict accordance with the requirements of certification. Continuously improve and perfect from the aspects of human, machine, material, method and environment, and earnestly establish and improve the enterprise quality management system; Second, we should adhere to the bottom line thinking, enhance the sense of hardship, improve the ability of provention and control, focus on preventing and resolving major risks, do a good job in preventing and resolving product quality and safety risks, and at the same time, market supervision departments around the country should conduct in-depth risk investigation, eliminate hidden dangers in time, and prevent the occurrence of "black swan" in the field of product quality and safety. We should take safeguarding the quality and safety of industrial products as an important responsibility, stand at the strategic and overall level, further strengthen confidence, inspire spirit, jointly manage and do solid work, firmly grasp all aspects of the safety work of key industrial products, and make every effort to promote the sustained and stable development of the safety situation of key industrial products in our city.
